Everything. And not in a million pieces, either. Your system will come from A2B Scooters already wired. You mount the wheel, throttle, cruise control, rack, and power bag, push together the connectors, and ride. The charger and rack are not shown in the photo, but are included. Cruise and brake inhibits are included with Phoenix systems.
 If you choose a 48 volt system with 12AH batteries, you will get the side baskets shown below rather than just the rack. The Phoenix 4840 is the only system that comes with the baskets standard. This is to support the weight of the batteries in the pannier bags (2 in each bag). 36 volt battery sizes fit in the top bag which mounts on a rack.
When you select the Eonyx Lithium EV Battery, the pannier bag, SLA batteries, and SLA charger are not included. (of course a charger made specifically for the lithium with a battery management system is included) Eonyx mounts on top of your rack, or (with some creativity) inside the triangle that makes up the frame of your bike.
