Lift-Gate service lowers the 300 lb+ crated scooter down off the truck. Without Lift-Gate service, it is the sole responsibility of the buyer (not the driver) to have the scooter removed down off the truck. Due to the extreme heavy nature of this product a reputable freight company, and therefore subject to different requirements than standard UPS and FedEx shipping. Please make sure this service is included with shipping if ordering from another company.
