Please note from the Mfg: The cooler has been load tested to 620 lbs. We recommend a maximum of 200 lbs plus your cargo. We have had guys weighing around 325 lbs drive the cooler routinely without incident or overly burdening the coolers. If you weigh more that 200 lbs and want a cooler we recommend that you get a 500 watt electric instead of a 300 watt. Our coolers have steel frames inserted into the body to help support heavier loads.
